Overview
Connect Zippendo to anything Zapier supports. Every shipping and order event becomes a trigger in your Zaps — sync to Google Sheets, update CRM records, send custom notifications, or chain into multi-step automations across 6,000+ apps.
What gets synced
Zippendo POSTs the full event payload as JSON to your Zapier Catch Hook URL. You map fields in Zapier's trigger step — no code required on the Zippendo side.
Supported events
- Shipment Created / Updated / Dispatched / Cancelled / Error
- Order Created / Updated / Cancelled
- Tracking Updated
Setup in Zippendo
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Zapier
- Click Connect
- Paste your Catch Hook URL
- Select which events to send
- Save and send a Test event
Setup in Zapier
- Create a new Zap
- Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger
- Select Catch Hook
- Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you
- Paste it into Zippendo and send a test event from Zippendo
- Back in Zapier, click Test trigger — you should see the sample payload
- Map fields and add your action steps (Slack, HubSpot, Google Sheets, etc.)
Tips
- Create separate Zaps (and separate Catch Hook URLs) for different event types if you need different workflows
- Use Filter steps in Zapier to only process certain carriers or order types
- Check the Delivery Log in Zippendo if events aren't arriving
